4. Search Bar (Top of Grid)
Use the search bar to find cases within the specific tab you are viewing (Active, Applicant, or Archived).
Note: The search checks all columns, not only the case name.
For example, if you type “Agency”, the system searches every column for the word “Agency”.
5. Global Search Icon (Top-Right)
The magnifying glass icon allows you to search across all tabs. This search only looks for matches in the case name. You can now use the global search icon on any PlanStreet screen that you are on.
6. Street Admin
If you are an Admin, you will see the Gear (Settings) icon on the Cases Main Page. This icon provides access to administrative settings and configuration options that are only available to users with admin permissions.
7. Column Filters
Each column has a filter option, accessible through the three vertical dots beside the column header. Use these filters to sort or refine the displayed cases. Make sure to clear the filters after analyzing the data.
8. Case Counts & Pagination
At the bottom-left of the screen, you can see the number of cases in:
- Active tab
- Applicant tab
- Archived tab
Each case list is paginated, showing up to 20 cases at a time. Scroll down to load and view additional records.
