The Archived Cases section stores cases that are no longer active. Archived cases cannot be edited but remain available for reference.
Archive a Case
- From the Main Active Case Grid, click the action icon (...) menu next to a case and select Archive. The case will move from Active to Archived.
- Note: Archived cases cannot be moved back to the Applicants tab.
- But from the Applicants tab, you can archive cases from Athe pplicant to the Archive tab.
Unarchive a Case
- In the Archived tab, click the action icon (…) menu and select Unarchive. The case will be returned to the Active tab.
Bulk Actions
- From the Active or Archived tab, select multiple cases (or use the Select All checkbox) and click Archive or Unarchive to update them in bulk.
