Active Cases:
By default, clicking on Cases will display the active cases. Alternatively, you can click the Active Cases tab at the top of the screen. This tab on the Cases Main page lists all active cases in the system.
On the main screen, you will see a list of all cases along with their details. The columns displayed depend on the View applied, as discussed in the preview step. Under the Action column, you will find three dots (…). Clicking on these dots allows you to perform various actions, which are described below:
Archive: By clicking on this action will transfer your case from an active case to an archive case.
Delete: By clicking on this action button, your cases will be removed permanently.
Adding Active Case
You can add an active case from here. When you click on Active Case, a new case-adding form will open. After filling and saving the form, the new active case will appear in the Active tab.”
