In PlanStreet's Case Grid, significant changes have been made to enhance functionality and user experience. Here are some key updates and features of the Case Grid:
- To apply filters to the grid, click on the three dots on the right side of the column you want to filter.
- A menu will appear; you should hover over the "Filter" option.
- Set the filter criteria in the filter menu and click to apply the filter, displaying the desired results.
- To sort the grid, click on the three dots to the right of the column you want to sort.
- Choose between "Ascending" or "Descending" to sort the column accordingly.
- You can sort and group data by clicking on the column header you want to sort/group by.
- Below is an example of dragging the "Start Date" column. Drag the selected column to the top of the grid to apply grouping.
- Multiple groupings can be applied, and they will appear in the order you choose.
- To remove a grouping, click on the "X" next to the column header at the top where it was dragged.
Editing Columns Seen on Grid:
- Customize the columns displayed in the grid by clicking on the three dots to the right of any column.
- Choose the columns you wish to see in the grid by selecting or deselecting them.
Applying Actions to Multiple Cases:
- You can apply actions to more than one case at a time by checking the box next to the case and selecting the desired action.
- Note that exporting to "Excel" and "PDF" will export all data on the grid based on existing filters.
Changing the Order of the Columns:
- Change the order of columns by clicking and dragging a column to the desired location.
- Lock a column in place by selecting "Lock Column" from the drop-down menu. A locked column cannot be moved until it is unlocked.
Exporting Data from Grid:
- To export data from the grid to Excel or PDF, ensure that your filters include the data you want to export.
- Click either the "Excel" or "PDF" option to export your data in the chosen format.
These enhancements provide users with more flexibility, allowing them to filter, sort, group, and customize columns to view, and apply actions to multiple cases simultaneously. Additionally, data export options in Excel and PDF formats have been made available to streamline reporting and data sharing.
