Overview
The bulk update feature enables you to edit multiple cases simultaneously from the PlanStreet case grid. This saves time, keeps your updates consistent, and reduces repetitive work.
Important: Bulk updates replace any existing values. Double-check your selections before applying for changes.
Selecting Cases
On the case grid, select cases using the checkboxes beside each case.
You can also click Select All to choose all cases currently loaded on your screen.
Tip: For large lists, scroll to the bottom before clicking Select All to ensure every case is selected.
When multiple cases are selected, bulk action icons will appear (illustrated below), allowing you to update or manage them in bulk.
Bulk Update Options
⚠️ Permanently deletes all selected cases. This cannot be undone.
Moves selected cases from Active Cases to the Archived Cases tab.
Opens a dropdown where you can select one or more case owners.
Allows you to assign one or more teams.
Single-select option to assign one donor.
Choose one or more categories to apply.
Single-select option to assign one Case Lead.
Single-select option to assign one location for each case.
