Prerequisite:
The Restricted Intake feature must be enabled in System Settings. If you do not see the Send Intake Copy button on the Case Details page, please contact PlanStreet Support.
The Send Intake Copy feature allows caseworkers to securely send a filled intake form link directly from a client’s case file. From the Case Details screen, you can enter multiple recipient email addresses by separating them with commas. You may also include an optional message to provide instructions or context. Once you click Send, the intake link will be emailed to the selected recipient(s).
Steps to Send an Intake Copy
- Open the case file.
- Go to the Case Details tab.
- Click Send Intake Copy.
- Enter the recipient email address(es), separated by commas if sending to more than one person.
- Enter a message, if needed.
- Click Send.
