Street Admin is a place where you can configure the system according to your needs. You can set up an organization, roles, departments, templates and customers etc.
1. Click on Street Admin right top gear Icon. It will take you to the street admin main page.
2. Under the administration column you will see all the functions you can configure. In this document, we will discuss "System Settings".
System Settings:
In System Settings we can define certain value or information on different settings. By changing these settings you can make your system the way you want. We will discuss and explain system settings one by one.
- Caption: Shows the name of the setting.
- Description: Shows the description of the setting.
- Value: Shows which value is at use for the setting.
- Update: Shows the date, when the the setting's value is changed.
- Action: Shows what other actions available to perform in a setting.
1. Appointment Frequency:
With appointment frequency, you can select how often you can request an appointment. The numbers in appointment frequency represent days. You can choose a value between 0-59 by clicking the "..." icon from the action column.
2. Minimum Appointment Interval:
With a Minimum appointment interval, you can set a minimum time period between appointments. The numbers in appointment frequency represent days. You can choose a value between 1-60 by clicking the "..." icon from the action column.
3. Appointment Repeat Frequency:
With the Appointment repeat frequency, you can set a default frequency on the appointment's repetition. The numbers in appointment frequency represent days. You can choose a value between 1-99 by clicking the "..." icon from the action column.
