Changing Service Category Names

Prerequisite: The user affecting this change/s must have system administration access to Street Admin. 

If you need to edit a Service Category, please follow the steps outlined below.

1. Open Street Admin by selecting the green cog in the upper right-hand corner of the PlanStreet interface.
2. From the Street Admin screen select the Service Categories icon as illustrated below.
3. Select the 3 dots (...) and select Edit as illustrated below. In this example, we will select Food Bank, S.No 1.
4. Selecting Edit from the previous step will open the Edit Service Category window illustrated below.
5. From here, change the name of the Caption from Food Bank to the name that it needs to be changed to; in this example, we will use Tutorial Session as illustrated below.
6. Once Save Changes is selected observe S. No 1 Food Bank has been changed to Tutorial Session as illustrated below.
