A configuration has been added under System Settings with the caption "Show Person Identifier Field on Case Detail". When the value is set to true then Person Identifier Field is shown on Case Detail Screen. When the value is set to False it is hidden.
To configure this value, Navigate to Street Admin > System Settings
- Select Street Admin
- Click on System Settings
- Search Caption "Show PersonIdentifier Field on Case Detail"
- Set the value as "Yes"
- Now click on Cases Icon
- Select Case
- Click on Case Detail Screen
- Observe that the user can see the Person Identifier field on Case Detail Screen
When the value for Caption "Show PersonIdentifier Field on Case Detail" is set to "No" in system settings
Then Person Identifier field is hidden on Case Detail Screen.
