The @Mentions feature lets you tag a specific user in Activity Comments or Case Details Comments. This helps route questions and updates to the right person and improves team collaboration.
Note: @Mentions are enabled by default—no setup required.
Activity Comments
To tag a user in an activity comment, follow these steps:
- Open the activity and select Edit
- Scroll down to the Comments section
- In the comment box, type @ followed by the user’s name, then select them from the list and enter your message
- Select Post Comment
The tagged user will receive a system notification.
