Client Notes allow you to view and filter all notes and comments associated with a case, including Case Notes, Activity Notes, and Comments.
Access Client Notes
- Open a specific case.
- Click Client Notes to view all related notes.
Filter Settings
Click the gear icon to view or update note filter settings.
You can filter by the following options:
- Case Notes
Displays all notes entered directly on the Case Detail screen. - Comments and Replies
Displays comments and replies added to activities. - Activity Notes
Displays activity notes based on the selected Programs, Activities, and Date Range.
Use these filters to quickly narrow down and review the most relevant information for the case.
