Prerequisites
Before using this feature, ensure:
- You are logged into PlanStreet
- You have access to text messaging functionality
- Clients have a valid mobile number entered in their profile

Overview
PlanStreet’s Custom Text Messaging feature allows users to send personalized text messages to individual clients or groups.
This helps improve communication by allowing you to:
- Send consistent messages
- Save time on repetitive communication
- Reach clients quickly via SMS
How It Works
Add a Custom Message (Optional – done by Support)
Support will enter the message you want to include in outgoing texts
This message will automatically be included in text messages and can be updated at any time.
Sending Messages
Individual Messaging
Workers can send personalized text messages directly to a single client.
Bulk Messaging
Workers can send the same message to multiple clients at once using Case Grid.
- Select multiple clients from the Case Grid
- Send a bulk text message
⚠️ Warning: Always verify recipient selection before sending bulk messages to avoid sending information to the wrong clients.
Important Notes
- Messages are sent to the client’s mobile number listed in their profile
- If no mobile number is available, the message cannot be delivered
- Custom messages are applied consistently once configured
