You can manage files in two areas of the system:
- Documents module – Accessed from the left navigation menu.
- Case File → Documents tab – Accessed within an individual case.
Navigate to the location where the file is stored, then follow the same steps to rename or delete the document.
Rename a Document or Folder
- Go to the location of the document that you want to rename.
- Select the file or folder you want to rename.
- A mini panel opens on the right side of the screen.
- Click the pencil (edit) icon to enable name editing.
- Enter the new name.
- Click Update to save the changes.
The document or folder name will be updated immediately.
Delete a Document or Folder
- From the Documents page, select the item you want to delete.
- In the right-side mini panel, click the Delete icon.
- A Delete Confirmation window appears.
- Click Yes, delete it! To confirm.
The selected document or folder is permanently removed from the system.
