Adding Referrals from Activities Overview
1) To add referrals from an activity card, you must first access the client's case file. You can find the client in the case grid as illustrated below. The client should be listed under "Active Cases".
- Once you have accessed theclient's case file, click the "Case Board" tab, as illustrated below the then select the activity you want to add the referral to.
- After you open an activity card, click on the edit icon to make any necessary changes, as illustrated below.
- While in edit mode, click on the referral icon.
- In the Referral Screen, choose the service category from the dropdown menu. Select the desired service provider and save your selection.
