Service categories can help manage referrals based on their services and case assignments. The system administrator grants permission to use the Referral module based on defined user roles.
- Make sure to click the PlanStreet admin settings icon in the top right corner. This icon should be visible to you, no matter which screen you are currently working on in the system, as long as your profile's worker type is set to "Administrator."
- Once you click on the PlanStreet Admin Settings, it will direct you to the PlanStreet Admin dashboard. From there, you can click on the "Service Categories" icon.
- After clicking the "Service Categories" icon, you can create one or more service categories. This will enable you to group referral services based on the selected categories.
- After adding a service category, go to the Referral Module.
- Click on "Add" to enter details for the Service Provider according to the column headers, and then click the "Save" icon.
- The Service Categoriees you created will be available as a dropdown option in the Service Category column. You can choose one or more Service Categories applicable to the Service Provider.
In the following illustration two Service Categories have been selected the the provider, "ABC Therapy Providers"
Note: Columns are adjustable, and custom views can be configured to meet user requirements.
