Overview
Service Categories help organize referral services and streamline case assignments within the Referral module.
Assigning Service Categories to Referral Agencies
- Navigate to the Referral Module.
- Click Add to enter or update Service Provider details according to the column headers.
- In the Service Category column, use the dropdown to select one or more applicable categories.
- Click the Save icon to apply the changes.
Adding Service Categories
Only administrators have access to add additional service categories.
- Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the system.
- This icon is visible from any screen if you are an Administrator.
- You will be redirected to the PlanStreet Admin Dashboard.
- Select Service Categories to proceed.
Creating Service Categories
- In the Service Categories section, add one or more categories based on the types of services your organization provides.
- Save your changes. These categories will now be available for use in the Referral module.
