In the left navigation panel, click Attendance to open the Attendance main page.
Review the grid columns:
Class Name: Displays the topic. Click the dropdown arrow to view the enrolled cases.
Attendance: Shows the total accumulated hours for the week across all cases. Click the dropdown to view the total weekly hours attended by each individual case.
Enter Time:
Mark attendance as Present (P) or Absent (A).
If a case is marked Present, the system automatically adds the total time the class is scheduled for. You can manually adjust the time if needed.
Time cannot be entered if the case is marked Absent.
Grey Time Recorder:
Indicates days that were not scheduled and are not part of the class schedule.
(Optional) Click the Comment icon to add a group attendance comment. Use the dropdown to add individual comments for each case. Comments are automatically added to the related activity where the topic is created.
