Click on the Attendance icon on the left navigation panel. It will take you to the Attendance main page
At the top taskbar, you will find below options:
1. Active/In-active Topics:
You can filter the attendance according to Active/In-active topics and mark them Active/ In-active at the runtime by using the toggle switch. You can mark a Topic as Inactive if the topic is completed and no more available.
2. Active In-active Clients:
With this option, you can filter the attendance according to the Active and In-active Clients (Cases). You can mark the Clients(Cases) as Active/ In-active at the runtime by using the toggle switch.
3. All Activities Filter:
The activities filter shows the results for the Enrolled Activities and by default, it shows filtered Activities upon the combination of Active/In-active Topic and Active/In-active Client. You can filter the attendance grid by selecting single, multiple, or All Activities.
4. All Topics Filter:
The Topics filter shows the results for the Enrolled Activities and by default, it shows filtered Topics upon the combination of Active/In-active Topic, Active/In-active Client, and Activities selected. You can filter the attendance grid by selecting single, multiple, or All Topics.
5. All Clients Filter:
The Clients filter shows the results for the Enrolled Activities and by default, it shows filtered Client upon the combination of Active/In-active Topic, Active/In-active Client, Activities, and Topics selected. You can filter the attendance grid by selecting single, multiple, or All Clients.
6. Date Filter:
The Date filter shows the results for the Enrolled Activities and by default, it selects the current date, it shows filtered Topics and Clients upon the combination of Active/In-active Topic, Active/In-active Client, Activities, Topics, and Clients selected. You can filter the attendance grid by selecting the desired date and it shows the weekly record.
