With MFA enabled, you can sign in using either Sign in with Single Sign-On (SSO) or your username and password. Regardless of the sign-in method you choose, you will be required to enter a six-digit verification code sent to the email address associated with your PlanStreet user profile before you can access PlanStreet.
Option 1: Sign In with SSO
- Go to your organization PlanStreet’s login page
- Click Microsoft or Google, depending on your email domain.
- Enter the email address associated with your PlanStreet user profile
- This would probably be one-time sign in, if you are already signed in to your Microsoft or Google account in your web browser with the same email address, you may be signed in automatically and will not be prompted to enter your credentials again.
- A six-digit verification code will be sent to your registered email address.
- Enter the verification code on the MFA screen.
- You will then be signed in to PlanStreet.
Option 2: Sign In with Username and Password
- Go to Organization PlanStreet’s login page
- Enter your username and password.
- Click Login.
- A six-digit verification code will be sent to your registered email address.
- Enter the verification code on the MFA screen.
- You will then be signed in to PlanStreet.
Verification Code Frequency
By default, you may be prompted to enter a verification code each time you sign in. The maximum verification interval can be configured for up to three days. However, you may still be prompted if you sign in from a new device or browser.
If the three-day interval has not been configured for your organization, please contact support@planstreetinc.com.
If you do not receive your verification code or experience any issues signing in, please contact your organization's administrator for assistance.
