Control System Notifications Individually
- When logged in, click the icon in the upper right corner with your initials.
- Choose User Preferences.
- Review the notification preferences list and toggle the On or Off switch for the notifications you wish to receive.
- You can also manage email and text message notifications separately.
- Click Save at the bottom of the list.

- User Creates Case — Notify when a case worker creates a case.
