MySchedule is a PlanStreet feature that allows users to create, view, and manage meetings, events, and appointments in one centralized calendar.
Accessing MySchedule
Click the MySchedule icon in the left navigation panel. This opens the Scheduler main page where all calendar views and filters are available.
Select Contacts
- The Select Contacts option lets you view meetings and appointments for specific contacts within a selected date range.
- Click the Select Contact bar to open a pre-filled list of all contacts in your organization.
- Use search or scroll to find contacts quickly.
- Select one or multiple contacts to view their schedules together.
Contact Categories
- Workers – All active workers in the organization
- Clients – Cases with an email entered in the Client Details panel
- Donors – Donors with email addresses in the Donors grid
- Referrals – Referrals with email addresses entered in the Referrals grid
Scheduler View Slicer
The Scheduler View Slicer, located in the blue bar above the calendar, allows users to switch between different scheduling views:
- System – Displays system-generated meetings and appointments based on selected filters and contacts
- Attendance – Shows class schedules organized by enrolled topics
- Google – Displays events synced from the user’s connected Google account
- Outlook – Displays events synced from the user’s connected Microsoft account
Share and Display Options
- Share – View calendars of other workers who have shared access, enabling easier collaboration
- Display – Assign colors to contacts to visually distinguish meetings; colors from Google or Microsoft calendars are automatically reflected
