The visibility of meetings in the Scheduler in PlanStreet depends on the type of user who created the meeting and the meeting attendees. There are four types of users:
Microsoft Users:
Meetings created by Microsoft users are visible in Single Sign-On (SSO) from Microsoft.
They are also visible in SSO from Google.
These meetings are not visible to regular users or clients, even if regular users or clients were added as meeting attendees.
Google Users:
Meetings created by Google users are visible in SSO from Google.
They are also visible in SSO from Microsoft.
These meetings are not visible to regular users or clients, even if regular users or clients were added as meeting attendees.
