Use Case:Forms may be sent or shared from several locations in the system. Sending or sharing a form allows it to be filled out by someone who does not have access to the PlanStreet system. Once the form is completed, it is submitted and will be returned to the system to be reviewed and utilized. Sending a Form within the Case File:You can send a form directly from a case file. This allows the form to be filled out and linked directly to the case when it's returned to the system. Click on the "Send" drop-down and choose how to send the form. The system will then send the form to the email or mobile number on file.
Sending a Form from My Forms:Another way to send or share a form is by accessing the "My Forms" tab in the form-building tool screen on the left menu bar. Once on the “My Forms” tab, choose the form you wish to send or share and then select the "Share" button from the upper right section above the form itself.
If a form returns and is not linked to a case or the information provided does not match a case in the system, then the form will be sent to the Miscellaneous Forms tab, as shown below. |
