The Call Tracking Module simplifies the process of organizing your call logs. If your organization frequently receives calls from both existing and potential clients or individuals outside of your organization, this module provides a directory to help you manually log the caller's details and any relevant notes. These notes can assist in recalling the specifics of the conversation.
To access this module, navigate to the left-hand menu and select the "Call Tracking" icon. Upon clicking, you'll be directed to the call tracking directory.
