How to Sort Data From Grants
If you want to sort the grants table by, say, the most amount of money awarded or by date awarded, it is a simple process.
1. First, go to the information you would like to sort by, for example, if you wanted to sort by the amount awarded, move your mouse over to the “Amount Awarded” column and click on the three dots to the right as shown in the image below
2. Select on the new table how you would like your data sorted, by ascending to descending
You can also see in the image above the “Columns” and “Filter” options.
Columns: When hovering your mouse over the option, you can select and deselect what columns you would like to see in the table. If you don’t want to see the contract number, deselect it and click save.
Filter: If you want to see only grants that were awarded between two certain years, you can use the filter table to do as such.
For example, if you wanted to just show grants awarded in the year of March, you would enter the following:
3. After you have created and sorted the table to show the information you want the way you want it, click on the “✔ Save” button at the top of the table.
