How to Create Case and Enroll for Attendance:
The process for creating clients for attendance is the same as creating clients on case management. Click on the How to Create a Case tab to understand how to create a case. The only way a case is created as a student is when a case template is assigned in case management details with the attendance check activated. After assigning the case template, provide with other relevant information about the student and click on Save to create a student.
Navigate to Attendance and click Enroll button
On the enrollment screen, you will have the drop-down to select values from the following options
- Activities: It will show all the activities which reside under the Program having the Attendance Check set to True/Enabled.
- Instructor: It will show all the Caseworkers as part of the team selected on Case Detail.
- Topic: It will show the Topics created under Activity.
- Client: Active Cases in the system enrolled in Interaction.
- Start Date: Start date of interactions
- End Date: End Date of Interactions
- Week Days: class times of each interaction
Select the Activity [Subject], Instructor [Case Worker], Topic, Client [Student], Enrollment date range, and weekly schedule from the dropdown and click the Save button.
As soon as Instructor enrolled against the Activity, the system will automatically create an activity against the respective program under Case Board with all the details.
Attendance: Instructors are only allowed to record attendance for an enrolment date range, time spent entry is non-editable for dates other than that of enrolled.
The student is now enrolled, Now the instructor can log in and view the attendance of his/her enrolled students.
