Creating a Donor:
1. To create a new donor, click on the Donor icon in the left navigation panel. This will take you to the Donor module where you will find a list of all existing donors and their details.
2. Click on '+Add' icon on the top right corner to create a new donor.
3. A new window will appear to add details of the new donor.
4. Fill in all the required information for the new donor and click on the “Save” icon.
5. If the checkbox "Add Donation" is checked, Donation details will open where a user can enter the Grant Type, Amount, Date and Payment Type. The '+' button can be used to enter multiple donation entries.
6. After clicking on save, you will find the new donor on the donor main screen list.
Editing a Donor:
1. To edit a donor, click on the donor's name you wish to edit. This action will launch the donor information screen.
2. Click on the edit icon located in the upper right to enter "Edit Mode."
4. After clicking on the edit button, the fields will become editable, allowing you to make the necessary changes. Once you have finished, click on the 'Save' button to save the changes.
Deleting a Donor:
1. Select the donor(s) you want to delete. Simply click the box on the left of the donor to select it. The rows will highlight once selected.
2. After selecting the donor, click on the 'Delete' icon located above to delete the donor.
*Note: Clicking on delete will remove the donor and all the related donor information.
