To create a recurring meeting or appointment in PlanStreet, you can follow these steps. Recurrence can be set as Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly:
- Start by creating a new appointment or meeting.
- Within the appointment creation screen, you'll find options for setting up recurrence. Click on the "Specify" option to define how often the appointment recurs.
- For Daily appointments, you can specify:
- The number of days between each recurrence.
- Or you can indicate that the appointment recurs every weekday (Monday through Friday).
- At the bottom of the screen, you'll also find an option to specify when the recurrence ends.
- For Weekly appointments, you should:
-
- Indicate the number of weeks between each repeat.
- Select the days of the week on which the appointment occurs for each recurrence.
- Specify when the recurrence ends at the bottom of the screen.
- For Monthly appointments, you'll need to:
-
- Specify which day of the month the appointment occurs.
- Indicate the number of months between each recurrence.
- Set when the recurrence ends at the bottom of the screen.
- For Yearly appointments, you should:
-
- Specify the day and month of each year that the appointment occurs.
- Indicate when the recurrence ends at the bottom of the screen.
- Once you have set up the recurrence options, an icon “
”, often resembling a curved arrow, will appear at the top left corner of the appointment. This icon signifies that the appointment is recurring.
Now, your meeting or appointment will repeat based on the recurrence settings you've specified. This feature can help you efficiently manage and schedule regular events in PlanStreet.
