Client Notes settings are used to filter Case Notes, Activities Notes and Comments against the case.
Select the specific case, click on the Client Notes Screen.
Click on the gear icon to view or update case notes filter settings.
- Case Notes: When the user checked Case Notes it will filter and show all the Case Notes entered on Case Detail Screen.
- Comment and Replies: It will show the comments added on Activities.
- Activities Notes: It will filter and display Activities Notes as per selected Programs, Activities, and date range filter.
Export Client Notes:
You can export Client Notes to 'PDF' or 'Excel'.
When the user Clicks on the Export to PDF action, the system will automatically generate a PDF with Case Name visible on the Client notes, which will help to identify the Case name to which the notes were added against.
